Residential Service

This is a program where individuals live in a residential setting with a roommate or a family.  Individuals live in a home environment in which the individual becomes apart of the family. The Host Home Provider provide services in support of the individual care.

Empowered Care Host Home Providers are thoroughly screened to ensure the safety of the Person Receiving Service and that the placement is an appropriate fit.
