Empowered Care, LLC is a Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) Approved Training Entity and offers courses monthly for Support Staff and Host Home Providers caring for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. We are open to the public.

Retesting is $40.00. Payment is required prior to class unless other arrangements have been made with the instructor. Payment is made to the instructor, Empowered Care, LLC, not the state. Payment is accepted in the following forms: cash, money order, cashiers check, business check or online payment through our website.
Any cancellations must be made 5 days prior to class for a refund. This gives the instructor time to offer the seat to another student. If you fail to cancel 5 days prior or are a no show you will not receive a refund of the class fee. NO EXCEPTIONS
